Avoid this place like the plague. Extremely unprofessional staff and non productive maintenance staff. No customer service, with high turnover rate among employees. Don’t be fooled by the appeal of the workout room with remaining amenities that are mediocre at best including dirty common areas with bird droppings and pet waste that management refuses to clean. Please note my review is in regards to the condition of apartment buildings but the response from the management referenced payment after the fourth? This exchange sheds light on how management values residents that paid rent on time during their residency. If the management staff is interested in making things right you have my number on file.

The facilities can be nice when and if they’re taken care of properly. More than half the time the pool is being closed for “cleaning” which is insane because no matter what it’s still always disgusting. Also here’s an idea… clean them overnight when you lock the doors to the pool and the gym?! Very strict on who can use the amenities. Allowed 2 guests bracelets ?? Ur kidding right? Oh and if lost $50 fee for a rubber band? Bye. Management is friendly but slow to get things done. Management also seems to think they can threaten their residents with new rules and requirements. Like “here’s a 48 hr notice, cox will be coming in the next few days to start installation process for something, you must be there 8-5 and you must have your closet empty for them to install… Or it’s gonna be a $60 fee along with a 10 day lease termination notice” There can’t be anything but the blinds in the window provided by the apt, porch can’t have anything, no lights, curtains etc. They’re absolutely horrible about cleaning sidewalks, stairs and side of apt. Inside of apt is pretty nice tho.

Moved in a little over a week ago and as in any apartment, we had a couple maintenance hiccups. However, Carlos (the Maintenance Supervisor) and his technicians quickly came through to resolve the issues efficiently! So glad to know we have a Maintenance Staff who is knowledgeable and will go the extra mile to make sure you’re taken care of. Special thank you to the entire leasing team as well for being extremely kind and helpful throughout our leasing/move-in process . We love it here!

Counting down the days to leaving these apartments. I moved here happily from CA with all the things they promise upfront and it’s been nothing but trouble here. They charge you fees to use amenities but they are rarely open when they are supposed to be. Two years now and still they can’t get the gym open at 7 am when people have a schedule. I moved here for the gym amongst other thing’s promised.. canceled my gym pass and had to buy another one because they open it in the morning when they feel like it. However I have early meetings thought it would be sufficient to work out here where I also pay and again per usual its 7:27 gym is still not opened. I got here at 7:11 .. waited and no one around. This has happens with the pool and the fire pits not having gas… I can go in and on about the staff, the work orders that where wrong, puddles of water in my hallway from a 5 month leaking air conditioner, and more but it’s frustrating my schedule is thrown off because they can’t simply open the gym that they charge us for in fees

Stay away from this place at all costs. Management has been changed to a group of unprofessional people who are actively looking to charge extra for no reason. First, we moved to this apartments because they seem luxurious and peaceful which once management changed was no longer the case. I felt attacked when I tried talking to management about a valet charge I was given because the bag wasn’t tied. Then they agree to expose my case to the manager which then turns around and charges me twice the fine for speaking up. I spoke to management before moving in about my security deposit and gave them the opportunity to let me know how it would be handled at the end of my lease since I was counting on some amount for a specific purpose. During move out I had a move out inspection and everything looks good expect for two walls with a few (4 at most) holes and now I’m taken my $500 deposit and charged $220 on top of that. They will say I received an email with costs for move out which includes move out cleaning. We paid a cleaning company to clean the apartment after move out. They still charged us for cleaning $180.
